Hats Exercises and B&W pencil roughs!

Here's some doodles from my sketchbook! I'm trying to get better at drawing hats. Still not great, but I'm getting there I think!



Also here's some roughs I'm working on. I've been making a separate layer in Manga Studio and trying to get better at spotting my blacks and framing things that need to be.

Exercise is a great way to be fit, maintain your health and help you lose weight. But only if you do it. The reality is few us of are inclined to spend the amount of time and energy it takes to exercise on a regular basis. If our goal is weight loss, exercise is not the answer and is a very poor substitute for eating control.

Don't part with your hard earned money before you make sure you will be one of the 20% that buys home exercise equipment and actually uses it, because as we all know... you are only going to get the physical benefits from the home exercise equipment you buy if you actually do the exercise.
